Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days of purchase. During peak periods or for custom-made items, processing times may vary. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

We offer standard and express shipping options to ensure flexibility for our customers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7-14 business days
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors such as holidays or carrier delays.

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. Additional customs, duties, or taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations, and Luxe Decor is not responsible for these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any additional fees before placing your order.

4. Custom-Made and Handmade Items

For custom-made or handmade products, please allow additional processing time as noted on the product page. Due to the artisanal nature of these items, shipping times may vary, and we appreciate your patience in receiving your unique, handcrafted piece.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address at checkout to ensure prompt delivery of your order.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its journey to you. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Luxe Decor is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including customs or shipping carrier issues. 8. Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging your items; however, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
